Janardhan Swami Temple Festival
The Janardhana Swamy Temple festival is celebrated during the Hindu month of Meenam that occurs in March -April. The prime attraction of this festival is the traditional Kathakali dance. Stories are derived from the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and other Hindu epics, and presented in dance-drama form. On the last day of Festival, a grand Arrattu procession enhances the beauty of the temple festival. The procession look stunning with nicely decorated elephants carrying the
